On your first vist:

The initial consultation including following steps and it may take 30-60 minutes

• Examination according to TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and Western Medicine
• Analysis of your body imbalances according to TCM and Western Medicine
• Treatment plan developed for Acupuncture and Chinese herbal formula
• Suggestion for diet, exercise and stress reduction

To save you time on your first visit you can fill out our form and bring it with you on your initial visit. You can down load the initial form PDF format now. Please fill it out and bring it to Dr. Chen when you come for the first visit.

We offer: Acupuncture Chinese Herbal supplement Acupressure Long distance consultation and herbal treatment (down load the initial form) Please finish the form and fax it to Dr. Chen's office at 212-564-3732, make an appointment to do the phone consultation with Dr. Chen. Please prepare all the information that you have such as Blood test, X-ray, MRI reports before the phone consultation. Dr. Chen will make a special herbal formula or herbal supplement for you based on your symptoms and saturation and then will mail it to you. You can pay the phone consultation fee, herbal formula fee, delivery fee by credit card or personal check. Usually we follow up long distance patients every two weeks by phone.
