What is NeckEase? As a new type of health care product, the Sheng Chen brand of NeckEase (Neck Traction) was designed and developed by Mr. Hongli Liu and Dr. Decheng Chen for the treatment and prevention of neck problems. Using the techniques of Air-Traction and Magnetic-Stimulation, NeckEase can improve circulation, increasing the supply of blood to the neck, shoulders, arms, back, and brain. It can help increase blood flow to the head and reduce pressure on the nerves, as well as relieve pain and relax the muscles. The patient can receive care with traction, massage, and magnetic therapy, all at once.

What is NeckEase for?
This product can help with any kind of neck problems, such as neck injury, spinal degenerative change, or disc herniation, all of which can cause symptoms such as:

• Neck pain, stiffness, and limited range of motion.
• Headaches, dizziness, blurred vision and poor memory.
• Numbness or tingling in the arms, hands or fingers.

Also, this product can prevent neck problems in people who work long hours at a desk or in front of a computer.

How to use NeckEase?

1. The patient should be sitting or standing while relaxing his or her neck muscles as much as possible.

1). Low pressure air chamber of Inflatable Neck Cushion (upper level chamber) (2). High pressure air chamber of Inflatable Neck Cushion (middle and lower level chambers) (3). 2. Put NeckEase around the patient's neck and adjust the Velcro straps in the front of the inflatable neck cushion so it fits comfortably. New users may want to put it on it front of
a mirror. Please note that the air pump should always be on the left hand side (See figure 1).
3. Tighten the Air-Releasing Screw above the Balloon Air Pump in a clockwise direction before pumping to inflate the cushion. (Note that the blue cushion for the air-releasing screw is tight to the base of the Balloon Air Pump)
4. Squeeze the Balloon Air Pump up to a maximum point that the patient can handle while still feeling comfortable, or possibly until some relief of symptoms is experienced. Then squeeze the Blocking Ball Valve to push the ball 1-2 cm upwards from the valve (See Figure 2-A). 5. If the patient feels discomfort in the chin or jaw, during use, the Blocking Ball Valve on the upper level chamber should be locked (pushed 1-2 cm. up the tube) (See Figure 2-A). This allows the patient to continue inflating the bottom 2 chambers while keeping the top chamber comfortable.

6. This product should be used 2-3 times per day for around 30 minutes each time.

7. After use, push the blocking ball back down into the valve to allow for air flow, and loosen the air-releasing screw to deflate the cushion (See Figure 2-B).

Precautions:

1. Make sure to gently and gradually inflate the Inflatable Neck Cushion, pausing after every few pumps to allow the body to adjust to the traction. Do the same when deflating the cushion.
2. Should there be a reaction such as dizziness or discomfort while using NeckEase, the air should be let out slowly until the symptoms disappear. Then slowly inflate while maintaining comfort.
3. Hard and sharp objects should not come into contact with NeckEase.
4. If the surface should get dirty, it should be cleaned delicately with a brush, but not rubbed or washed.
5. If not being used for a long period of time, do not release the air in the chambers completely. Place product in a cool and dry area.
